Ads! Aside from the ads at the top of the screen, I found this app useful for what its intention is. The slider at the top just below the ads help with the image "contrast", plus the flash (for those of you with the iPhone 4) option allows for lighting..
Night vision is just light X 10k or less. Its literally just any light thats sensitivity increased by night vision device. This one is more sensitive and you can choose the sensitivity... AND take pics! So its actualy good because it does what night vision is but not quit exactly the same. Otherwise I am impressed.
Ok people, this is an app. Not an actual night vision capable camera. No, youre not going to see in pitch black, if you want that, go buy a real night vision cam. This is actually really good for making dark/ dim spots see-able. Best "night vision" app Ive tried. And believe me, Ive tried several
Personally this app is the best night vision app out there. You can adjust brightness and stuff, and for a non night cam capable iPhone, this is awesome.
Update it and it will be the best and will get more rates and its not bad
Obviously our phones cant be true night cams even with an app, but this one is decent enough to use in the dark. It uses your camera flash like the flashlight apps but gives the resulting image in real time in green. Adjust the brightness scale to get a nice clear view or photo. I will be using this in the woods next week to get pics in the dark .
Some bad moments
doesnt take any better night photos than regular camera, but you can control the green contrast if that helps.
The built in camera app took my photo better in a pitch black room than this app did.
This app is super laggy. Like 1 frame every 20 seconds. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Can you make it so it has a smooth live video stream instead of swiping the screen to get a new image? And please make it open better on iPhone 4. Thank you!
Unusable as a nightvision app. Does show green as in image, but nothing is discernible. Loaded with ads.
As mentioned by a previous rater, u still need the light which means its not night vision. Just turns your view of whatever youre looking at with a green tint
